 King of Friendship: Tom Kerr began Friendship back in 1968 with his wife, Rosemary, and has been on the go ever since. With a friendly smile and a quick wit, he has both vendors and visitors returning year after year.

 Jan Schnell
Jan is Rosemary's daughter and is the mastermind behind day-to-day operations. She organizes the vendors and campers from the Main Office and is always ready with a friendly smile to assist you.

 Jenny Kerr and Jill Kerr Tepe Jenny and Jill are Tom's granddaughters. They run the
Field Office located on Kerr Hollow, where they answer phones, make announcements, and run the Friendship website. They also sell ice and run the internet cafe.

 Rusty Gordon: Rusty is Rosemary's grandson and was personally trained by the original Head of Maintenance, Tom's brother, J.L. Kerr. Rusty is the person to see for electric, plumbing or any general maintenance questions concerning the operation of the Flea Market.

 Lillian Kerr Young
Lillian is Tom's sister and has been working the parking for decades. She used to run it with her late husband, Walter.

|
 Harold Scranton: Harold happened into camp in 2005 and never left. He is our full-time caretaker, living at the Flea Market year-round, taking care of camper and trailer storage. Also, the grounds are open year round for camping and Harold will assist with that in off season.

The Goals of Friendship Management
• For the Vendor, Create an atmosphere conducive for them to live comfortably in a safe and pleasant outdoor atmosphere for 9 days while drawing people to the market so the vendor can make a profit during their 9 day stay.
• For the Visitor, Create a safe and pleasant atmosphere which brings them back, again and again to our yearly events to enjoy the fun and spend at their leisure their time and money for those items our vendors sell.
